Dave Albrechta has represented clients in over 50 private mediations, numerous mediations with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Colorado Civil Rights Division. He has served as a volunteer mediator for the La Plata County Small Claims Court. He has also mediated a number of disputes between businesses and landlords and tenants. He is a certified mediator after completing the Colorado Bar Association’s 40-hour mediation training. Dave offers mediation services in the following areas:
