The initial consultation is a one-hour meeting to discuss the specifics of your case and review any related documents so that David may advise you of your rights and options to pursue the matter.
Albrechta Law charges $200 for a one hour consultation. If our firm and you agree to work together beyond the initial consultation and come to terms, Albrechta Law will draft an agreement of representation which will outline the scope of the work and financial obligations. Please note that Albrechta Law does offer contingency agreements which vary depending upon the facts of your case.
Albrechta Law will respond to your request at our earliest opportunity. Please note that Albrechta Law is a small firm and is sometimes delayed by other deadlines for current clients.
Please note that all information provided in the questionnaire is confidential. The questionnaire allows Albrechta Law to evaluate whether your case is a matter that we are able and willing to assist with, and to ensure there is not a conflict of interest. In addition, by including dates, Albrechta Law is aware of any impending deadlines that may be associated with your claims.
